The SMU Adjunct Professor Appreciation Luncheon and Training last Friday, August 15, 2025 was wonderful. This photo was taken just prior to the start of the event by a professor who is teaching Federal Tax Procedure (I don’t recall his name). In the photo I am having a fascinating discussion about International Transactions Law with Professor Erik Wulff who is teaching International Transactions and Professor Sacha Jamal who teaches M & A Law.
On August 19th, Professor Wulff and I continued that discussion over lunch where I had a chance to pick his brains and discuss Coleman Jackson, Professional Corporation’s relationship with our reliable Ethiopian law firm friends at Ethio-Alliance Law Firm in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Dr Tigist Gebrehiwot and Ketema Adane among them who represent clients in cross-border transactions between the United States and Ethiopia.
